Moving to Daylight Savings Time has put a real crimp in my reading time. Now it is an hour later when the sun is coming up, so I don’t have that quiet hour I like to have in order to read while having my morning coffee. My library had a book sale this week, and I picked up a couple quilting books.
I already own a few quilt as you go books, but I like this one better. If remember right, Marti Michell teaches this class on Craftsy. Her methods are more flexible than the others I’ve seen. I plan to give it a try on the pinwheel quilt.

I did get all sixty some blocks sewn for this crazy quilt this week. Now I am working on sewing up the quilt top. Who knew I had so many scraps in these colors?!
I get so much good advice from you!!! Order ONE pair of shoes and if they fit, buy two more instead of buying three at once. OK -- I NEED to order that first pair today. My current shoes are way past the expiry date. I won't lose the extra pairs - they go in the hall closet. Ordering those shoes HAS to be on the list of things to do today. I see my Windows Explorer windows all shut down last night, so I need to find the shoes again.
